What Preferred Partner, Listed, AI Ready, and Verified labels mean

MSP Ranked uses different labels to describe directory presence, paid partner status, AI visibility, and reviewed trust markers. These labels are meant to help buyers interpret the profile, not replace due diligence.

Guide summary

Understand the difference between free directory presence, paid eligibility, AI-ready status, and reviewed trust details.

Listed profiles

A listed profile means the MSP is visible in the directory with basic public information.

  • Listed MSPs can be browsed publicly by buyers.
  • A listing does not automatically mean the MSP receives routed RFP leads.
  • Basic profile details may be limited compared with paid partner profiles.

Preferred Partner and AI Ready

Paid partner status can unlock richer profile visibility and eligibility for AI-ready distribution.

  • Preferred Partner indicates the MSP is on a paid plan for enhanced visibility and eligible benefits.
  • AI Ready indicates that the profile can be published as an AI-readable source file when requirements are met.
  • Paid eligibility affects lead routing and AI visibility but does not guarantee buyer selection.

Verified labels

Verified labels should be read as reviewed trust markers for specific claims or evidence.

  • A verified marker means MSP Ranked reviewed the specific trust detail represented by that marker.
  • It does not automatically verify every statement on the profile.
  • Use verified details as one input in your provider evaluation process.
