MSP Ranked Policy
Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund terms for paid MSP Ranked partner services. It is intended to be read before completing checkout or renewing a paid plan.

Customer-facing checkout disclosure
All sales are final.
MSP Ranked does not offer refunds for completed paid partner purchases, except where required by law or by a separate written agreement signed by MSP Ranked.

Payments for MSP Ranked paid partner services are final and non-refundable once processed, including Preferred Partner subscriptions, qualified lead overage purchases, and other paid directory or partner services purchased through MSP Ranked or Stripe.
Subscription cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges according to the subscription settings available in Stripe or the MSP Ranked billing dashboard. Cancellation does not create a refund, credit, or proration for the current paid term unless MSP Ranked is required to provide one by law or a separate signed agreement.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe a payment was processed in error, duplicated, or charged to the wrong account, submit a billing support request from your MSP Ranked billing page. MSP Ranked may review and correct confirmed billing errors, but that review does not waive the general all-sales-final policy.
Disputes and card-network processes
Stripe, banks, and card networks may provide separate dispute or chargeback processes. Those processes are controlled by the payment provider and card network. MSP Ranked may provide transaction records and account context when responding to a dispute.
Policy changes
MSP Ranked may update this policy from time to time. The policy shown on this page is the customer-facing policy for purchases made while it is posted, unless a separate written agreement with MSP Ranked states different terms.

Paid partners should use the billing support request flow inside the MSP Ranked dashboard for account-specific billing questions. If you are not able to access the dashboard, use the sign-in path below to recover account access first.
