How partner article submission and review works

Partner articles give eligible MSPs a way to publish useful buyer-facing content through MSP Ranked. Drafts should be practical, accurate, and aligned with the audience before they enter review.

Guide summary

Use the content area to prepare drafts; content operations reviews, schedules, and publishes approved articles.

Prepare useful buyer content

Articles should help business leaders make better managed-services decisions.

  • Choose topics tied to buyer questions, service decisions, risk, technology, or local business needs.
  • Avoid generic promotional copy that does not teach the reader anything useful.
  • Use a professional tone and keep claims specific enough to review.

Submit through the content area

The partner workspace provides the structured place to prepare and submit drafts.

  • Sign in and open the content area from the dashboard.
  • Prepare the article draft and supporting metadata requested by the workflow.
  • Submit the draft for MSP Ranked content review when it is ready.

Review and publication

MSP Ranked content operations reviews partner drafts before publication.

  • Drafts may be approved, edited, scheduled, rejected, or returned for clarification.
  • Published articles should appear under the partner's public content surface when approved.
  • Content publication is separate from billing status, profile completion, and trust review.
