How to activate your MSP Ranked account

Account activation connects the paid partner record to the people who should manage the MSP profile. The right flow depends on whether you are a new signup, an approved profile claimant, or an invited teammate.

Use the link or sign-in path MSP Ranked provides after checkout, claim approval, or invite delivery.

  • New paid signups should follow the post-checkout activation or status flow.
  • Approved claimants should use the access path associated with the reviewed claim.
  • Invited teammates should use the invitation email sent by the partner account owner.

Use the correct email address

The email address matters because account access is tied to partner roles and workspace permissions.

  • Use the business email associated with the signup, claim, or invite.
  • Ask the account owner to resend an invite if the wrong teammate was invited.
  • Contact billing or account support if the paid account is connected to the wrong company.

After activation

Once signed in, complete the profile and confirm billing and team access.

  • Open the dashboard profile editor and complete publication-ready details.
  • Review billing status and receipts in the billing area.
  • Invite teammates only after confirming they should have workspace access.
