How to claim an existing MSP profile

If your MSP is already in the directory, use the claim workflow rather than creating a duplicate company record. Claim review protects the directory by confirming that the person requesting access is connected to the MSP.

Guide summary

Use the claim path when your company is already published so MSP Ranked can review ownership before granting access.

Find the existing profile

Start from the public directory and confirm that the listing represents your company.

  • Search by company name, location, or website domain.
  • Open the public profile and review whether it matches your MSP.
  • Use the available claim path from the profile or directory experience when it is offered.

Submit ownership details

The claim request should provide enough information for MSP Ranked to validate the request.

  • Use a business email address associated with the MSP when possible.
  • Provide a clear contact name, role, and company context.
  • Avoid submitting multiple claims for the same company unless staff ask for more information.

Wait for MSP Ranked review

Claim access should not be automatic because it controls a public company profile.

  • MSP Ranked reviews ownership before granting account access.
  • Approved claim access does not automatically replace paid subscription requirements.
  • Preferred Partner benefits still require the correct active billing status.
