Open the billing page
Billing information is protected, so you need to sign in with an account connected to the MSP workspace.
- Use the partner dashboard sign-in path.
- Open billing from the dashboard navigation.
- Confirm you are viewing the correct company before taking action.
Review subscription information
Use billing status to understand whether paid partner benefits should be active.
- Check active, pending, canceled, or renewal-related status details.
- Review receipts or hosted billing portal links when available.
- Remember that Stripe is the billing source of truth for subscription state.
Use support when something looks wrong
Billing support requests give staff the context needed to reconcile account state.
- Submit a support request for duplicate charges, wrong account linkage, or subscription confusion.
- Include the company name, billing contact, receipt context, and what you expected to happen.
- Avoid changing public profile details as a workaround for billing issues.
