How optional trust-review requests work

Trust review is optional and scoped. Use it when you want MSP Ranked to review evidence for a specific badge, credential, or trust claim. It is not required for ordinary profile completion or compatibility-topic selections.

Guide summary

Submit trust-marker requests from the partner account when you want a reviewed badge or claim; ordinary compatibility-topic selections do not block profile publication.

When to request trust review

Request review when a specific public trust marker would help buyers evaluate your MSP.

  • Compliance, certification, insurance, partner-tier, security, or other evidence-backed claims.
  • Details that buyers may reasonably expect MSP Ranked to review before displaying as verified.
  • Trust markers that support your profile positioning without overstating scope.

What does not require trust review

Not every profile field should become a verification workflow.

  • Ordinary services, compatibility-topic selections, and business descriptions can be part of profile completion.
  • Compatibility-topic selections do not need to be verified before publication.
  • Trust review should stay focused on claims that need evidence and staff review.

How review works

MSP Ranked reviews the submitted request and evidence before applying reviewed public trust markers.

  • Submit the request through the protected verification area.
  • Provide evidence that matches the specific trust marker you want reviewed.
  • Wait for approval, rejection, or a request for clarification before assuming the badge is public.
