Guide summary
Prepare compliance, insurance, certification, partner-tier, or other evidence only for the specific trust marker you want MSP Ranked to review.
Match evidence to the claim
A trust marker should have a clear relationship to the supporting evidence.
- Use certification records for certification claims.
- Use insurance declarations or summaries for insurance-related claims when appropriate.
- Use partner portal screenshots or documentation for vendor-tier claims when allowed.
- Use compliance or assessment artifacts only when they directly support the requested marker.
Protect sensitive information
Evidence should prove the claim without exposing unnecessary private data.
- Redact account numbers, unrelated customer names, credentials, and confidential internal notes.
- Do not upload passwords, secrets, private keys, or customer data.
- When in doubt, provide a summary document and ask MSP Ranked what level of proof is needed.
Set the right expectation
Trust review is scoped and may require clarification.
- Approval applies to the specific marker reviewed, not every profile claim.
- MSP Ranked may reject or hold a request if evidence is incomplete or mismatched.
- Keep evidence current if the credential, policy, or partner status expires.
